This Savage Model 12 is a modern bolt-action in .308 Winchester with a 26-inch medium-contour round barrel, serial number G477671. It has Savage's AccuTrigger, a tang safety, an oversized bolt knob and a polished bolt body against blued metal, and it sits in a stock marked The Ultimate Sniper. A fixed-power 16x42 scope is mounted. Cosmetic wear is light, the overall grade is very good and the bore is excellent.

Set up this way it is a prone and bench rifle for long shots. The fixed 16x scope gives a lot of magnification for distance, but it is not a quick-handling setup for close cover, so think of it for steady, deliberate shooting. In .308 it fits the 2026 general-season any legal weapon buck deer hunt on October 17 to 25 and the general bull elk any-weapon hunts from October 3 to 16, subject to the spring draw and the unit rules in the Big Game Field Regulations Guidebook.
