Terms of Service

Welcome to Utah Gun Shop. By using this website and placing orders with us, you agree to the terms below. These terms are updated from time to time; the current version is always the one posted on this page.

1. Age & Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 to purchase rifles, shotguns, or ammunition for rifles/shotguns; 21 to purchase handguns or ammunition for handguns. You must be legally permitted to possess firearms under federal, state, and local law. Placing an order is your legal affirmation that you meet these requirements.

2. Federal & State Compliance

All firearm purchases are subject to federal law (Gun Control Act of 1968, NICS, ATF Form 4473) and your state’s specific requirements. You are responsible for verifying the firearm, magazine capacity, features, and accessories are legal in your state before placing an order. If your order is rejected at your receiving FFL due to state law, restocking fees apply.

3. Pricing & Availability

We update pricing and stock in real time but reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel an order if a product is incorrectly priced or becomes unavailable. You will be notified immediately if this happens and refunded in full.

4. Payment

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and select cryptocurrency through our secure checkout. Payment must clear before any order ships. For firearms, FFL verification must also be complete.

5. Shipping & Returns

See our Shipping & Returns page.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — product descriptions, photos, articles, logos — is either owned by Utah Gun Shop or used with permission from manufacturers. Do not copy or republish without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Utah Gun Shop is not liable for damages arising from improper use, storage, or modification of any product sold. Firearms are dangerous when misused; you are responsible for reading the manufacturer’s manual and observing all safety rules.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes are resolved in Salt Lake County courts.
