This Beretta Model 950 BS is a 1990s-vintage pocket pistol in .25 caliber with a 2.5-inch barrel, serial number BER92963V. It is a metal-framed, hammer-fired single-action with a manual thumb safety, checkered polymer grips and a matte black finish. The seller rates the bore excellent, the finish excellent and the overall condition excellent.

A .25 this small is a backup or deep-concealment piece, and that is the role a Utah buyer should expect of it: it rides in a pocket where nothing larger will. The single-action hammer and thumb safety let you carry it in a way that suits your training, and the short barrel asks for close, careful practice, so budget some range time with it. Utah requires no permit to purchase and has no state waiting period; the dealer's background check goes through the state Bureau of Criminal Identification, and a concealed firearm permit does not replace it. Federal law sets 21 as the minimum age for a dealer handgun sale.
