Shipping Times

  • Firearms: 1-2 business days to ship after FFL verification. Ground transit 3-5 business days.
  • Ammunition: Ships within 24 hours of order. Ground only (no air). 3-7 business days transit.
  • Accessories, optics, holsters: Ships within 24 hours. 2-5 business days transit.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders under $200: flat $12.95 continental US ground
  • Orders $200+: free continental US ground
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: calculated at checkout
  • Expedited (2-day air): additional fee, select at checkout

State Restrictions

We ship firearms to all 50 states through local FFLs. Some states restrict specific products:

  • California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maryland, Illinois, Hawaii, Washington, Colorado, Oregon: 10-round magazine limit for handguns/rifles. We ship compliant alternates automatically.
  • California, New York: roster-approved handguns only.
  • Washington DC, Chicago, NYC: additional local permits may be required.

Returns

Firearms: All sales final once the firearm leaves our FFL. ATF regulations prevent us from accepting returns on firearms that have shipped to a receiving FFL, even if unopened. Please verify fit, caliber, and legality before ordering. If the firearm is defective, contact the manufacturer or visit our contact page for warranty support.

Ammunition: All sales final. Federal regulations prohibit ammunition returns.

Accessories, optics, apparel: 30-day return window, unused and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will file a UPS claim and reship or refund.
